3. No Employment Solicitation (No Poaching)

4. No Business Acquisition Solicitation
Attendees may not use this conference to solicit the purchase, acquisition, or merger of another attendee’s business. Any attempts to initiate acquisition discussions or pursue ownership interests during the event are prohibited.
5. Networking with Integrity
Building connections is encouraged; however, all interactions should be conducted in good faith and without pressure, misrepresentation, or ulterior motives outside the spirit of the event.
6. Compliance with Venue and Laws
All participants must comply with applicable laws and venue policies throughout the conference.
7. Enforcement
Event organizers reserve the right to address any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, including removal from the event without refund if necessary.
