Data center cooling hose, built to the line you are running
RAGCO members cut, couple, and pressure-test cooling hose for direct-to-chip loops, manifold jumpers, and facility source lines. Hose below is stocked for liquid-cooling duty. Assemblies are made to your drawing, not a catalog length.
Blade Hose
Short, thin-wall hose for the last run to a cold plate or server blade. A peroxide-cured EPDM tube keeps coolant cleaner than a sulfur-cured rubber, and a single textile braid keeps the hose light enough to route inside a rack. The CPE cover is UL 94 V-0. Clamp, crimp, or push-on fittings all seat on this construction.

Jumper Hose
The jumper takes coolant off the rack manifold and into each blade, and it is the usual choice for manifold drain lines. Same peroxide-cured EPDM tube and UL 94 V-0 CPE cover as the blade hose, in the larger bores a manifold drop needs. Crimp, clamp, or push-on, so a standardized kit can still be field-ended.

Source Line Hose
Facility-side hose that feeds coolant to the server manifolds. Built for the hot aisle and the cold mechanical room with the same peroxide-cured EPDM tube, a single textile braid, and a 200 psi working pressure. Two covers: an EPDM cover rated UL 94 HB, or a CPE cover rated UL 94 V-0 when the specification calls for the stricter flame test. Clamp or crimp only. Not a push-on hose.
UL 94 HB cover
Black EPDM cover. Temperature −40°F to 210°F (−40°C to 99°C) with clamp or crimp attachment. Tube is black peroxide-cured EPDM. Reinforcement is one layer of braided synthetic textile.

Extreme Flex Source Hose
The source-line hose for rooms where a smooth-bore line will not make the turn. Corrugated EPDM cover, spiral-plied fabric, and a double wire helix give a 1:1 bend radius and full vacuum rating without kinking at the manifold. Peroxide-cured tube. Cover is abrasion resistant and UL 94 HB, with a wrapped impression. Clamp or crimp. Use this when the CDU-to-manifold run has to fold into a short mechanical space.

Where these hoses go
The four constructions above cover the usual liquid-cooling runs. Blade hose is the short line at the cold plate or server blade. Jumper hose is the drop from the rack manifold, and the drain line back off that manifold. Source line hose feeds the manifolds from the CDU or chilled-water header. Extreme flex source hose is the same job where the run has to turn in a short mechanical space.
Members also build connections for CRAH and CRAC units, rear-door heat exchangers, and temporary bypass or redundancy lines. If the duty is outside the charts above, send the spec. The shop matches hose and couplings to the drawing instead of forcing the job onto a stock assembly.
What to send
A marked-up sketch is enough to start. A BOM is better. Include the inside diameter, cut length, fitting on each end, orientation, and whether the line is supply or return. Note the coolant if it is not a standard water-glycol mix, and call out UL 94 V-0 if the cover has to pass that test. Blade and jumper hose can be clamp, crimp, or push-on. Source line and extreme flex source hose are clamp or crimp.
Member shops cut to length, attach the fittings, label both ends, and can pressure-test before the crate ships. One-off assemblies, matched kits, and repeat runs all come off the same floor.
Who builds it
RAGCO members are independent distributors, not the hose mill. That is the point. The shop crimps to your fitting spec, keeps the drawing in your region, and is not locked to one factory’s coupling. The same network covers a single enterprise hall or a multi-site rollout, with a local shop accountable for the assembly.
